We are proud to offer a pet-friendly community with no dog breed restrictions, ensuring that your beloved pet has a place by your side. We welcome up to two pets per apartment for a $500 non-refundable pet fee and a $50 monthly pet rent per pet.

This fenced-in park is right near our doorstep, making it the perfect spot for daily off-leash play and socializing with other neighborhood pups. It even has separate areas for large and small dogs, as well as some doggy obstacles to keep your furry roommate entertained. A quick walk brings you to this natural surface dog park, which provides plenty of space for your dog to run and play with benches, water access, and shade for pet parents. Explore the walking paths and off-leash dog park at Ben Brenman Park, a slightly larger green space with wooded areas and ponds to discover.
